Winners of 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards 2026 are going to be announced in the fifth instalment of South Korea’s highly regarded OTT awards night ceremony that is taking place on July 31, 2026. Though the winners for some of the most coveted prizes of the night are yet to be announced, this event has already paid homage to some of the outstanding newcomers, entertainers and supporting artists in Korean streaming series over the last year.
The major award-giving ceremony for the Blue Dragon Series Awards 2026 (제5회 청룡시리즈어워즈 2026) started at 8:30 PM KST after the red carpet ceremony at CHROMA, Paradise City, Yeongjongdo, Incheon. The ceremony is organised and hosted by Jun Hyun-moo and Lim Yoon-a of Girls’ Generation, both of whom have been the master of ceremonies for the last five years. The red carpet was led by Ahn So-young and Lim Ji-woong, welcoming the nominees and celebrity guests ahead of the main event.
Many famous stars have served as presenters at the awards night ceremony, including Noh Sang-hyun, Kim Min-ha, Choo Young-woo, IU, Lee Dong-wook, Kim Hye-jun, Ju Ji-hoon, Shin Min-a, the Japanese actor Sota Fukushi and others. Among the exciting moments of the awards night was the wholesome performance of “My Flavor” by MigakBoys from The Legend of Kitchen Soldier.
