Winners of 2026 Global OTT Awards have been declared formally at the highly esteemed KISF 2026 글로벌OTT어워즈 which took place on 20th June at the Outdoor Theatre of Busan Cinema Center. Held as the main event of the 2026 Korea International Streaming Festival Global OTT Awards, the award ceremony was meant to honour the finest of drama series, variety shows, and original content produced by OTTs from all over Asia and the world.
This year’s KISF Global OTT Awards 2026 winners list featured The Price of Confession and You and Everything Else from Netflix, winning two of the most prestigious awards of the evening. There were also other winners for the categories of acting, directing, writing, music, and new talents that demonstrated the increasing role of streamable entertainment globally.
Some of the outstanding individual winners at the 2026 Global OTT Awards include Shin Hae-sun’s award for Best Lead Actress for The Art of Sarah and Tseng Jing-hua’s award for Best Lead Actor for Had I Not Seen the Sun. The writer of the year was Kwon Jong-gwan for his film The Price of Confession, while Woo Min-ho was crowned the Best Director for Made in Korea. Again, the KISF 2026 Global OTT Awards proved that there is great diversity and creativity in storytelling in the age of streaming.
