The winners of Brand Of The Year 2026 have now been revealed, and some of the best celebrities in the Korean entertainment industry are among those winning trophies in the various award categories such as music, acting, variety, and others. Some of the big names who received awards include BTS and BLACKPINK, who are making waves in the K-pop scene this year, as well as IU, Kim Moo-yul, Yoo Jae-suk, and Kim Hye-yoon; the award ceremony paid homage to those artists who have proved their flexibility and talent.
Also, the 2026 올해의 브랜드 대상 were given to some of the most popular dramas and shows of this year, such as Teach You A Lesson and Bloodhounds Season 2, which not only provided the audience with some action but also managed to grab attention with the help of rage, emotion, and great stories.
The 2026 Brand of the Year Grand Prize was awarded on September 1 at The Shilla Seoul in Jangchung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. This is the 24th time that this award has been presented, and it is sponsored by the Korea Consumer Brand Committee and organised by the Korea Consumer Forum. Brands and personalities that receive the award are chosen by the votes of consumers nationwide.
Some of the winners of the 24th Brand of the Year Awards were artists and entertainment personalities who won votes of consumers in South Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia, which reflects the growing popularity of Korean entertainment in Asia. Consumer voting for the 2026 Brand of the Year Awards took place between June 29 and July 12. The live broadcast was streamed online on the ‘@kcforum2009’ YouTube channel.
